Mr. Kumar Ankur is an Advocate-on-Record, Supreme Court Of India and being a first-generation lawyer started his legal journey with KIAA LLP in the year 2012 and since has been an indispensable part of our Litigation Team. He has to his credit the experience of efficiently dealing with diverse matters of the private clients and Government, Public, and Private Sector Companies.

Highly passionate about Civil laws, Company and Corporate laws, Kumar has represented our clients before various Courts & Regulatory Authorities spanning across India.

A par excellence litigator, there is no legal proposition that he cannot handle. From a spanning career of more than 11 years which itself was a challenging task, for a first-generation lawyer, Mr. Ankur built for himself what it takes to meet the requirements and needs of his clients under high pressure in achieving the best results. From partition suits to recovery suits to Insolvency proceedings to bail matters, consumer disputes, matrimonial disputes he’s that captain of the ship who has everything under control. Also, forum no bar, he’s extremely well versed with the procedures of the Supreme Court, various High Courts, Tribunals, District Courts, and Commissions.

He’s also added value to the Criminal Litigation Team by showcasing his mastery in the Indian Criminal Law, especially the law of bail. Possessing a similar philanthropist ideology like other co-founders, Kumar believes in helping the less privileged on their path to seeking justice and he firmly believes that justice should not be denied to the people who have no access and means.

Believing that work is just a chapter of his story and not the entire theme, he also enjoys his time off work as an active sportsperson and a passionate golfer. This explains his time management skills and discipline at work.
