He has been with us for a decade now, presently working in the capacity of a Senior Associate. As a senior member of the team, and having been in the field for a considerable time, he has established himself as a trusted legal counsel.

He works closely with the team to deliver legal services of the highest standard, ensures absolute transparency, and provides effective solutions and workaround for all legal service requirements of the firm. Mr. Kedia undertakes various roles, ranging from Advisory to Litigation. He is well versed with Contract Law and it is surely a major part of his legal skillset. He has dedicatedly created, reviewed, and negotiated multiple commercial and non-commercial contracts. Additionally, he has led and concluded drafting of various legal documentation and related research for the cases, assisted in the filing and representation of clients before various legal forums, and also performed liaison work.

Mr. Bipul is unquestionably a very well-organized and motivated advocate with a natural ability for critical thinking. His endeavour to learn more is reflected in the fact that currently, he has also engaged himself by the side with pursuing a Master of Law degree program from NLSIU, Bangalore, and appearing for Level 3- Professional Programme of Company Secretaryship from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
