Anupam has been associated with KIAA, LLP since September 2016. He is one of our youngest and most dynamic members, and his track record as an Associate at KIAA LLP, as well as as an Advocate reflects something rather impressive given his novelty to the legal profession.

Mr. Prakash completed his Law Degree from Amity Law School, of the Amity University campus at Noida in the year 2016. Before getting enrolled with the Bar he took the opportunity to enhance his acquired legal knowledge by engaging in an experience-gathering venture with LawRato, an online platform for providing free Legal Consultation. Soon after, he joined our team at KIAA LLP.

As a practicing member for 6 years of the Bar Council of Delhi and Delhi High Court Bar Association, he has been actively involved in many Civil and Company Law litigations and a few Criminal Law matters. Anupam adds to his record many successfully presented cases before several forums such as the Delhi High Court, The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC), and various other tribunals and District Courts in the Delhi-NCR area. His bold demeanour and dedication have enabled him to independently handle various cases, draft Petitions/Applications, and argue matters.

Within the small timeframe of his practice, he has carved a specialist acumen for himself. Anupam has garnered a great understanding of corporate, business, and consumer-centric disciplines which is widely mirrored by the number of matters he has undertaken on the Negotiable Instrument Act, Commercial Courts Act, Insolvency, and Bankruptcy Code, and Consumer Protection Act. Currently, he is dynamically handling consumer matters of a leading International Airline company.
